Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10/10/2026
1. What data we collect
- Email — when you sign in (magic link) and when you submit an audit request.
- Name and phone — only if you provide them yourself in the consultation request form.
- Instagram profile screenshots you upload for analysis — the profile header and the posts grid.
- Technical data — IP address (used for abuse prevention — see section 4), browser data.
2. How we use this data
- Email — for passwordless sign-in (magic link) and to contact you about your request.
- Screenshots — sent to Anthropic (Claude) for automated content analysis (bio text, visual style of posts). Screenshots are never published or shared with third parties except for this analysis.
- Analysis results (percentages, scores) are saved and may be reused for the same Instagram account in future battles run by other users — the screenshots themselves are never published.
3. Who else sees your data
We use external infrastructure providers, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase — data storage, authentication, files.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — analysis of uploaded screenshots.
- Vercel — hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing (we never store your card details).
4. Abuse prevention
We rate-limit certain actions (such as submitting requests or starting battles) by IP address to prevent spam and automated abuse. This data is used solely for that purpose.
5. How long we keep data
Data is kept while your account is active, or as long as reasonably necessary for the service to function. You can request deletion of your data — see section 7.
6. Cookies
We use one required session cookie (keeps you signed in) and one cookie storing your interface language preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal data by writing to the contact email listed on the site.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this document. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
