1. What this service is

Instabattle compares two Instagram accounts across several metrics, based on uploaded screenshots and/or automated scoring. The result is for informational and entertainment purposes.

2. Accuracy of results

Scores are computed automatically, including AI-based analysis (Claude). Results may be inaccurate, subjective, or differ on re-analysis of the same data. This service is not a professional marketing audit and should not be used as the sole basis for business decisions.

3. Uploading screenshots

You confirm you have the right to upload the profile screenshots you submit for analysis (your own account, or a publicly available account used for comparison). Do not upload material that infringes third-party rights.

4. Payment and unlocking battles

The first and second battle are free. Later battles unlock after a 24-hour wait, or instantly by purchasing a bundle of 5 battles for $2.99. Payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are reviewed individually — contact the email listed on the site.

5. Prohibited use

• Automated, bulk, or bot access to the service.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or obtain paid features without payment.
• Uploading offensive, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or accuracy of results. We are not liable for decisions made based on battle results.

7. Changes

We may change these terms and the service's functionality. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
